The Goal in Tech

Ambition is the name of the game, my first goal is to get through this bug in my code. Next thing you know, you’re the lead programmer for google, apple, or even microsoft. When going into any field of work you begin to find why you joined the industry in the first place. Whether it is for innovation, status, or power. At one point in time you saw the potential in yourself and took great sacrifice to accomplish this dream. This statement is to fill my curiosity and to inspire those to keep the ambition alive and continue to strive towards their goal.

I have become fascinated with the responses on why people are in their field of work. The vast majority of responses are based on skill and the personality of the person. I follow up the question with how would you complete this goal effectively and efficiently. Most of the failure with their ideal is trying to execute it and trying to find where to start.

I personally joined the tech industry with the goal of creating the next platform/program that can be functional to everyone daily and slowly grow it into a promising tech company. I had the idea and began with how to obtain the skill needed and found Flatiron School. I plan to start the ideal after my schooling and dedicate more time and energy into accomplishing my goal in the industry.
